Fully Devoted Developer of Children (FDDOC, Inc.) is a private educational organization that has collaborated with community resources to provide learning and enrichment for at-risk students at schools in the following areas of Louisiana and Arkansas: Cleveland County, Fordyce County, Caddo Parish, St. Helena Parish, East Baton Rouge Parish, Monroe City Schools, East Carroll Parish, St. Mary Parish, Morehouse Parish, Madison Parish, Franklin Parish, Point Coupee Parish, and Tangipahoa Parish.
