Mission

To help children believe, belong, and become all that they are meant to be by delivering high-quality academic services that help students meet educational goals and ultimately lead productive and successful lives. FDDOC’s Winners’ Circle After School Program strives to help students become independent learners in a sound educational environment.

Teachers & Staff

The staff is highly qualified to provide high quality supplemental services in reading and/or math. The teachers in our Winners’ Circle Program work in the areas of elementary education, special education, and/or secondary reading or math. The site coordinators are selected on credentials and experience. The program executive director has a master’s degree in education with experience in teaching. The curriculum supervisor has a doctorate degree in secondary and higher education with degrees emphasizing special education and mid-management. The curriculum supervisor has 26 years of experience in education. Teachers are hired according to NCLB and Louisiana highly qualified criteria.
